Crispy Chicory Salad

Vegan Crispy Chicory Salad


2 Chicory heads
1 small apple
1 red onion
1 big tomato
1/2 cup peas


1/8 l soy cream
2 tbsp. soy yoghurt
2 tsp. vegan mustard
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste


Cut the Chicory into thin stripes and the remaining ingredients into small cubes. Mix the sauce in a second bowl. Then combine salad and sauce. Serve with a fresh slice of toasted full corn bread.
